Very nice interior design and furnishings, great rooftop views, quiet, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast.

Room didn't have air conditioning or a fan - was OK for our visit in early November but could be uncomfortable at other times of year. Stairs to the top floor were a little hard to negotiate with luggage. Compared to other riads we experienced in Marrakech, central courtyard was quite small and narrow. Shower in bathroom was nice (plenty of hot water) but drain didn't work well.

The units are well-maintained, neat with big windows.
